Terms and Conditions

SAFETY: ‘Addie and Me’ pride ourselves in good common sense, hygiene and safety for your children. We have attended the St John’s ambulance first aid course and always come prepared with our first aid kit
(to match your theme-of course!) You wouldn’t want a pirate bandaid on your knee at our flower fairy tea party!
With regards to ingredients, we do our best to seek out quality products. Our soap bases are free of surfactants, detergents, sulphates (SLS, SLES) and alcohol, we choose pure essential oil over fragrance oils in order to minimise synthetic product use. Any food or beverage served is purchased fresh and prepared with the utmost care and hygiene. Having said that, we are all different and children can be allergic to even the most natural of products.
We ask that you advise us of any known allergies that your child may suffer upon booking or ASAP for one of your child’s guests and of course if your child or guests have any adverse reaction to any of the products that are available to them, we ask that you discontinue use immediately.

LIABILITY: Please be aware that children, particularly under the age of 3 need to be supervised by parents at all times.

We will treat your home with the utmost respect and care, however we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. We recommend that you remove any precious belongings from the entertaining area prior to your event.

INSURANCE: ‘Addie and Me’ carry our own public Liability Insurance, however we do not carry responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from any food or beverage we supply, wearing of costumes or any activities taken place before, during and/or after the party.

In the case of liability or financial remuneration due to aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.

TRAVEL FEE: ‘Addie and Me’ work in and around the Sydney Metropolitan area and ACT. You will be notified upon your booking if any further travel fee applies to your location.

Any additional costs for delivery will be advised on a per party basis in unusual circumstances where we would need to hire extra help.

PAYMENT: A non refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking your party. Your booking will be confirmed once this payment has been received.

Payment can be made by cheque or direct credit.
Full payment is required 7 days prior to the event. If the balance is not received by the due date, Addie and Me reserve the right to cancel your event.

CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel your party for any reason we will be unable to refund your deposit. If you need to reschedule, we will be more than happy to offer an alternative date for your consideration.
